Pediatric ICU Charge Nurse

Jennifer Block, BSN, RN, CPN is a pediatric critical care nurse at University Health. She has 18 years of nursing experience, and 10 years devoted to pediatric intensive care. Her work in pediatric shared governance has led to multiple evidence-based quality initiatives including preventing hospital-acquired infections, staff retention and satisfaction, and patient safety. Most recently she was instrumental in developing the delirium protocol, educating staff on CAPD scores, and monitoring compliance in our PICU.
