Hailee Strong is a Certified Child Life Specialist with experience working with children, youth, and families in Central Texas, Arizona, Northern Florida, and Southern California. Hailee is currently an Emergency Department Child Life Specialist at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Texas, where she minored in African and African Diaspora Studies, as well as a Masters of Arts in Child and Adolescent Development from the University of Minnesota. Hailee has lived in over six states across the US working in various inpatient and outpatient positions as both a specialist and child life assistant. In addition to professional child life experience, Hailee also worked in child advocacy centers and non-profit organizations. Her experiences and background have taught her the impact of inclusion, choice, and control as an individual, preparing her to effectively support diverse populations of children and families.
