Megan Rogers (she/her/hers) is a seasoned professional with more than 11 years of experience working in Child Life. Megan has integrated services across organizational systems and managed the student program arm of Child Life Services before transitioning to her current role as Child Life & Patient Experience Coordinator, now managing the service line at University of Michigan Health-West. Megan served 7 years on the Great Lakes Association of Child Life Professionals executive board including 3 years in role of President. She has served as an ACLP Mentor as well as presented at multiple regional and national conferences including an intensive at the 2019 ACLP Conference titled, “We Need to Talk: Planning and Having Impactful Conversations”. Most recently, Megan has developed and implemented an organization-wide staff investment program focusing on empathetic listening and building resiliency. Additionally, Megan is contracted with Blue Engine Consulting where she trains executives and facilities leadership programs in the art of direct, honest, and timely conflict management solutions.
